My dad attended a wedding recently and he loves weddings ever since he attended his friend’s kid’s wedding where they had an open bar and dancing. But i guess at this wedding the DJ only played rap music and he didn’t like that AT ALL and was very disappointed he couldn’t partake in the dancing festivities…This is very FORTUNATE for the bride and groom actually because all his dance moves are learned from the movie “Saturday Night Fever.”
So I asked him what kind of music does he enjoy dancing to and he replied, “Oh, you know Saturday Night Fever and YMCA…”
So, what’s the best cable company out there? We want at least 3 receivers and one hd dvr receiver out of the 3 and don’t care for the movie channels. Is direct tv really the best out there? That’s according to my friend, but I think it’s because he gets a $50 referral bonus if we sign up.
How much do you guys pay?

first.
i don’t like directv…they offer good deals to sign up but then it gets just as expensive. they also charge you for stupid things like calling customer service for help. wth?
personally, i’m happy with time warner cable…DO NOT let them charge you extra for additional rooms…u should get that for free. with hd/dvr we prolly pay about $50ish. we bundle our phone and internet with them and we pay a total of 120 a month, but i’m not sure how that breaks down. but u get a good discount for bundling.
well, there is dish.
but i have att and i’m getting a pretty awesome good deal now – our cable/dvr + high speed internet is NOW $64/month (was $59+25=84 without taxes)…. you get i think, 1 month free and $200 rebate (gift card+check). plus they provide the dvr and router, which was pretty sweet. so far, so good.
the only drawback is their billing is weird, but whenever i call about bill discrepancies, or if i’m confused, they just take charges off after they try to explain things to me. shrug. i guess that’s a good thing? either way… i was gonna cancel my cable, but then they offered to take off another $20/m on the cable bill, so i bit.
oh yeah, i think an extra receiver is $5/m for each one.
